Turquoise Healing Properties in the hadith of Imam Sadiq (a)

Imam Sadiq said:

“Anyone who has a turquoise ring will never become poor.”[3]

Hassan ibn Ali ibn Mehran quotes:
I went to Imam Musa Kazem (PBUH). In their hands I saw a turquoise ring with the inscription “Allah al Malek”.( the God, the King) on it. I stared at it.

The Imam (PBUH) asked me why I look. I replied: In the traditions i have heard that Amir al-Mu’minin (peace be upon him) had a turquoise ring which was engraved with “Allah al Malek”( the God, the King).

Imam said: Do you know that ring? I said no. Imam (as) said: This turquoise ring is the same as Amir al-Mu’minin (as).

Turquoise is a stone that Gabriel gave to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and he gave it to the Amir al-Mu’minin (as).[4]

Someone suffered from not having children came to Imam Reza (as). Imam Reza (peace be upon him) said to him:

“Take the ring with the Turquoise ring and engrave it (Rabbe La Tazarni fardan va Anta Khair al-Warthin).”( My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while you are the best of inheritors) (Coran, s 21 v 89)

He did so and, by God’s grace, had a child.[5]
